HypnoBirthing

- 12.5 hrs of Preparation Over 5 Sessions

- 1hr of Private Postnatal Relaxation

Experience the power of birth and become an empowered birthing parent with Bliss In Birth's HypnoBirthing® Course. This is a comprehensive course tailored to your needs and rhythm. Together we will cover the full spectrum of birthing, from physical and emotional preparation to practicing self-hypnosis and breathing techniques. Learn how to trust your body and create an environment of peace and calm as you welcome your baby into the world.

Course Overview
The course is divided in 5 weekly sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. Over the weeks, I will guide you using several tools:

Week 1: Introduction to relaxation, calm breathing technique

Week 2: Bonding with your baby, surge and birth breathing techniques

Week 3: Relaxation deepening, tips for partners

Week 4: Fear release hypnosis, onset of labor

Week 5: Opening and birthing phases, golden hour, postpartum


Who is it for?
This course is designed for expectant parents who are seeking personalized support and flexibility in their childbirth preparation journey.
Whether you're in the early stages of pregnancy or nearing the 30th week, you're welcome to join at any point. If you're past the 30th week, don't hesitate to reach out, and I can customize a schedule that works for you.

No extra motivation required! Come rain or come shine, I will come to you. Each session is designed to be supportive and adapted to you. I provide corrections and individualized exercises to ensure you're moving safely and effectively. 

Join me for a nurturing and uplifting workout that will help you feel your best throughout pregnancy and beyond.

This package includes 6 hours of private sessions, to be used before and after birth at your convenience. I will guide you through simple yet effective exercises that you can continue practicing on your own.
